Since the last blog post, a lot has happened in our telephony. First of all, the tool for editing the exchange diagram has gained a new graphic design, compliant with RWD requirements. In addition, we have made it easier to search for exchange diagrams, expanded the possibility of internal presentation and supplemented the list of numbers from the Warsaw zone with new items . We write about all the new features in TeleCube in detail below.

Changes to the tool for creating control panel diagrams
At the beginning of July we made a change, mainly in terms of graphics, to the tool for developing telephone switchboard diagrams . We hope that its more modern look and adaptation to RWD requirements will make preparing a switchboard diagram even easier.

We remind you that in order to create or edit a control unit, you must go to the “Virtual Control Unit” tab, then select “My Control Units” and click the “+” button (if you want to create a control unit) or the button with a pencil if you want to change the settings of an existing control unit.

In the “My Switchboards” tab, in the “Created Switchboards” section, enter the name of the switchboard or the number integrated with it and… find your switchboard.

A new feature called “Internal number presentation” has appeared in the internal number settings . It allows you to substitute another internal number, e.g. a specific user, queue or team, instead of the internal number used when making internal calls.

New gold numbers
And finally, a message for Customers interested in nice numbering from the Warsaw zone . We recommend checking the list of gold numbers from Warsaw on the Customer panel. The offer of these numbers has been supplemented with new items, so it is worth getting to know them before they are purchased. In addition to gold numbers, we can also recommend our most beautiful numbers, called Platinum numbers, among which there are also proposals from the Warsaw zone (e.g. 22 511 5111 or 22 511 5555 ).
