Have you ever stumbled out of bed and stumbled into the kitchen to pour yourself a glass of ambition? We know Dolly Parton has. And it turns out, so has our Christina Fournier.

Christina is a huge driving force at Bluffton and proudly holds the position of Director of Customer Experience. She can truly showcase her attention to detail while also demonstrating her ability to have empathy, compassion and understanding for everyone she works with, both internally and externally.

But who is Christina when she’s not at work? Turns out she’s a bit of a redneck.

Yawn, stretch, try to be alive

Before she became the queen of customer analytics, she was a country dancer on the Kactus Kickers team. Now, we’re not talking about the cha-cha slides (although I’m sure that must have been some kind of warm-up); we’re talking boots, cowboy hats, and lots of big belt buckles. If you’re not familiar with the line dance, it’s a Western version of the step dance, or another clear step, except when you’re wearing your favorite pair of boots.

Even at a young age, Christina was learning how to work with her fellow dancers, coordinate moves, keep the beat, and get the crowd moving.

Be your own boss and climb your own ladder

But she’s not wearing a Stetson to every Bluffton session, she’s still connected to her country roots. From Florida to Colorado, Christina always Telemarketing Leads for Sale makes a point to get back to nature.

“I love to be outdoors as much as possible, which is why we came to Colorado in the first place. In the winter, you can usually find me hiking or camping.”

With a 10-month-old in tow, she and her husband invested in a camper to make the outdoors a little more comfortable.

“My husband and I bought a camper a year ago and it’s been a total game changer.”

From national parks to riverfront bays, Colorado has just about everything to offer an outdoor lover like Christina. Colorado’s summers are beautiful, its landscapes are so vast, and the fun doesn’t stop in the winter. When the days get shorter, instead of spending the winter eating a bowl of soup and wearing a knitted sweater, Christina and her family are kicking up powder in the Colorado mountains!

“In the winter, you can snowshoe, cross-country ski, or just sit by the fire and drink a hot toddy.”

In the winter, she can put that camper to work (with snow tires, of course) and never miss another “pow day” or long ski trip in the mountains.

Working from 5 to 9, you have passion and vision

Before joining Brafton, Christina was a Florida girl. She studied Public Relations with a minor in Anthropology at the University of Florida.

From the beginning, she pursued her vision and passion for customer experience, understanding what it means to put the Sad Life Box customer first and create a delightful journey for every customer who passes through her desk.

If you’ve ever met someone who knows exactly who they are, what they want, and how to get it, then you’ve probably met Christina.

When asked what she did before coming to Bluffton, she said, “I’ve worked in marketing or advertising pretty much my entire career.”

She found us through a former employee of Brighton, and the rest is history!

What does someone who can handle the ups and downs of client work do during the day? Here’s what Christina’s day looks like

“It’s usually a constant stream of calls — both internal and client-facing,” she said. “At some point in the day, I’ll be looking in SEMrush, Google Analytics, or Google Search Console to see how my client’s campaign is performing, or to see if there’s anything interesting in the data.”
